Exchange - How do I return my package?
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us.
1. You can return your items by post it off to us or send directly to our workshop and exchange to other available items (subject to availablity).
2. Make sure you keep your proof of postage!
3. Your return arrives back at Arared. Our team will make sure all is in order and authorise your exchange - this could take us up to 3 to 5 working days once it arrives back in our boutique.
4. Your exchange item is on its way. This can take up to 20 working days to arrive and is dependent on your delivery processing time.
Please note: Returns are at the customers own cost and liability.
What’s your policy?
We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order. This is only applicable for normal priced items. Sale and discounted items can not be exchanged and returned unless the items were delivered faulty.
Here's the fine print. All original tags must be attached.
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please go to our 'Contact Us' tab, to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information;
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.
If you contact us via the 'Contact Us' tab please have an image of the faulty item ready, makesure the item still in the condition you received it (not worn or wash).
Can I cancel and refund my order?
We don’t offer refund, but you can return your package and exchange or get a store credit. Your exchange will be processed as soon as we get your items back. For store credits, you will receive an email of notification.
Have you received my returned item(s)?
It can take up to 21 days from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse and processed.
We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop and send you an email as soon as your parcel arrives back at our warehouse, and again when we have processed your return items.
